He is very thorough and knowledgeable and spent time with me first to understand my aims and any health issues. I wanted a challenge to my regular routine and he certainly provides that. But it is done in a way that doesn't put pressure on you. I really value his calm and supportive approach and how he encourages me to challenge myself and vary my routine using exercises and machines I haven't used before or avoided. He is very patient, friendly and helpful. Though our sessions have been challenging as I asked they are also enjoyable and I feel better for his help and guidance after each session.”
